When I think of the word BRAVE I immediately think of our veterans and our military. I think of those who founded this country — who risked their lives to make this a place of freedom. I remember those who signed the constitution of the United States of America. They risked their lives when signing for what they believed. They could have been killed for such treason.
BRAVE
The bravery of our veterans to defend this country saddens me sometimes. I especially wonder what the older vets must think about what this country has become. I posted an article on my personal FB page stating that military Christians will not be able to share their faith because it will be considered spiritual rape. This also means the Chaplains as well.
The Pentagon has released a statement confirming that soldiers could be prosecuted for promoting their faith: “Religious proselytization is not permitted within the Department of Defense…Court martials and non-judicial punishments are decided on a case-by-case basis…”.
WHAT?!?!?! Are you kidding me? What happened to religious freedom? I guess it is for every religion EXCEPT Christianity?
Another quote from the article:
(From our earlier report: Weinstein is the head of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, and says Christians–including chaplains–sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in the military are guilty of “treason,” and of committing an act of “spiritual rape” as serious a crime as “sexual assault.” He also asserted that Christians sharing their faith in the military are “enemies of the Constitution.”)
Enemies of the Constitution? What a deceived man … You can read this article by clicking HERE.
We Christians need to pray for Weinstein’s soul, but also for those in the Pentagon who are deceived into believing this mess. We need to be BRAVE because we honestly don’t know what we are going to face here in America.
The interesting thing to me is the government is supposed to be FOR the people and led BY the people.
Brave …

Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong.

I am certainly praying for our nations. It’s so sad to see what our BRAVE founding fathers fought for stripped away. I will have to check out the article-I saw it posted by friends but have not read it yet…thanks for sharing.
I am so glad you were next to me at FMF. I had not read about this yet. I try to keep up. I saw a link on FB but have so much to read I hadn’t gotten to it yet.
These brave souls that fight everyday for freedom now are being subject to the slavery of UN”tolerance” and hate. My heart is shattering. I wrote about in my public FB page so others will know and can pray. (https://www.facebook.com/heather.mertens2)
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I just wrote my “brave” post on what it’s like to lose family and friends when you live a life for Christ. It isn’t brave though. It’s just LOVE.
Honored to call you Sister,
Heather

Praying for our country and our men and women in uniform.
Praying for our country.
yes and amen. and out of their brave courage and faithful service, we are safe, we are free.
From an army wife and navy mom…THANK YOU for remembering those who serve. Bless you for your kind heart. I’m so grateful to find my way here today.
Our hearts were in the same place Friday – my son is a National Guardsman – I want the peace of knowing that a soldier in the field would take my sons hand in a crisis situation and pray with Him – to not allow that is akin to what the pope used to do with excommunication – which prevented people from receiving baptism and the last rights – considered necessary in order for a soul to go to heaven – by separating a citizen or a soldier from heaven is unfathomable as an American.
