I really don’t have anything new to report other than 1) I’m tired of pulling up my blog and seeing a picture of myself (ha) and 2) I don’t want to see a anything about a demon (argh) as my last post. So, I decided to post about something random:

I haven’t exercised in MONTHS. Seriously, I can’t remember the last time I actually broke a sweat through exercise! I was doing so well too, even beginning to jog just a tiny bit. Now that was impressive (ha)!

So as I type this, I am playing with the idea of dusting off my Wave (you know, the thing you “ride” and use to strengthen your core)! Ok, surely there is a CORE under this meat somewhere.

The way I look at it is this … we are at the end of October (Hallelujah — the maze will be closed in two weekends – hee hee) and that leaves me two months before Christmas. I sure would love to drop 10 pounds. This last bit of weight has been determined to remain.

I also learned a lesson last night. Chocolate isn’t my only strong temptation! HOT, SOFT WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS ARE JUST AS TEMPTING. Oh, my flesh won last night as I enjoyed those soft little nuggets of yummy. (Note to self, DON’T BUY WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS FOR SUPPER!)

So that is where I sit tonight. Oh yeah, I shouldn’t be sitting. I think I will actually get up, put on some exercise clothes, and dig out the Wave!

Tomorrow’s post will be about how many people “popped in” on me as I exercised. You know they will. This house needs a revolving door! We will be receiving another delivery of pumpkins around 7pm. I bet that driver will need to come in the house for some reason and I’ll be spread out on the floor for all visitors to see. Sigh. I just know it. I’ll be mid-crunch and “DING DONG” …

BTW … I just got up and took a picture of myself (ha, said I was tired of pictures of myself) and posted it under my weight loss photos at the top of this blog. I am holding the sweater I wore in my “before” pictures!
