Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
I remember the day after my father-in-law died I had to purchase something at the grocery store. As I stood in line, still in shock of what had happened the afternoon before, I felt tears fill my eyes. I couldn’t believe how everyone around me continued on with their lives when our family had just experienced such a traumatic event.
One can be in the worst season while one can be in the happiest. Life does go on and the world continues to move.
No matter what season YOU are in today, this truth remains … NOTHING can take us from God’s great love.
Romans 8:38-39
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
As I just lost my sister yesterday, this post was very timely for me. Thank you again Beth ~ for moving aside and sharing your heart, and what God would have for you to share. I am speechless.
Was just talking along these lines last night and just saw for the first time this video last night..weird?!
Well..it's all good! He is good.
Yes and Amen..thanks for sharing. These scriptures have been turning in my head a lot lately.
Love the music video and your very anointed message of encourgement, Beth. Have a great weekend.

Mary

I love you my friend.
Beautiful words…beautiful song. All of it spoke directly to my heart in a tough season that has been ever so long. God is faithful. He is my rock, my strong tower, my everything.
I'm praying for you and your parents. You have always remained precious to me in our heart-bond of love that can only come from Him.
Peace & Big Hugs,
Alleluiabelle
Blessings Beth…
No matter what season… we belong.
That's the good news for those who know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, but not for the many who do not come to Him.
Beautiful message and song!
I too shared a song of Kathryn Scott's today so I just had to come listen to yours… though different, both give glory to Our Creator God. Unimaginable such LOVE!!!
Peace and love surround you, sis,
Peggy
Very touching post Beth. Where never too far for His love to reach us.
I love this song! Thank you for the reminder that God's love is more powerful than anything that may come against me!
