Beth, what a great picture! I always treasure the mornings when I get to peacefully sit outside with my Bible and journal; this picture makes me want to do it for a second time today 😉 Thanks for stopping by Graceful Abandon and for following; I'm looking forward to following you as well as you Fulfill Your Destiny!
I don't know about you but I almost feel like we are having a morning devotional together when I know that others are studying God's word the same way at virtually the same time. I too sit out side with my journal and my Bible and study in the mornings. I never put a limit on my study time, I let the Lord lead. He is awesome. So are you my friend. God bless, have a wonderful day.
Beth, I'm so glad you used that photo of you in your morning quiet time. I enjoyed reading recently about your dryness and need to spend more time in the early morning with God.
Btw, I keep meaning to tell you that I love your blog resdesign. It's awesome and so easy to read and navigate. The look and feel is wonderful. I hadn't checked to see who did it but bravo to them.
The beauty of God's Word…in the morning…and all your glamor (lol)
Laying out my life (no more requests because it seems like that is endless) before Him & thanking Our Lord that He hears us…now unto us hearing from HIM!!!
Thanks Beth…take your choice of my regular blog (WFW #52) or The Lighthouse of Prayer (#6)! hugs & loving this new look…love the lite blue of yours and Marsha's Musings… Love & peace, Peggy
Beth, I love this Bible verse and that is how I start my day each day, before getting out of bed. Also, before I get up, I thank God for one thing, or for many things. You are inspiring me to do a wordful Wednesday post today.

I always love the peace that comes with the stillness of the mornings here in the mountains.

Thank you, Beth, for stopping by my place. Your photo is intriguing. That Scripture was the springboard for the title of my blog.

Such a wonderful verse, and a powerful reminder that there is no better place to rest (and wait) than in the presence of the Lord.
