Well well … get on the Vlogemotion train my friends. Tim at Fort Thompson is hosting a new Vlog Carnival where we share our emotion for the day!
Be sure to pause my play list at the top of my blog.
If you want to join in on the fun, click on the Vlogemotion button at the top. Tim would love to see you!
Cool Beth I love it, your daughter is so precious just want to squeeze her with a big hug.
Please pray I find my digital camera card so that I can participate in the vlog emotion I think that is an awesome idea.
Love ya,
Lisa
You are so funny. I started getting frustrated (smile) with you and for you as I listened. Your daughter is too cute!
I would have loved to have played up there with you guys too. Looked like a beautiful day.
As for Mom’s having a hiding place or sanctuary??? hahahahaha. I only have one sweetie left at home who will go off to college in just under 2 yrs and she still doesn’t give me a moment of privacy. (smile). Her best times to talk to me is when I’m in the bathroom, in the tub, trying to rest with a headache or…
so you’ve got a long way to go my dear but it’s an absolute blessing isn’t it??!! Amen!
Love ya. I did my Vlogemotion actually yesterday but posted this morning.
You, and your daughter are both such cuties.
Beth!
Can you get any more adorable…you AND your daughter? That southern accent of yours is like music to my ears! 🙂 Yes, I, too, got frustrated yesterday trying to make my vlog. I used my daughter’s digital camera and the battery ran out of juice just as I was about to wrap things up! What timing, huh? By the way, when my girls were little, I used to “hang out” in their playset with them, too! I’m a sucker for a swing and a slide!
Great job, my friend…you were smashing! Big hugs!
Good vlog! It is hard to find the right place to tape the vlog, ya know? You gotta have it propped on you and good lighting and no noise. it’s a challenge in itself!
1.Sarah is adorable, more so than I thought.
2. You captured my feelings today.
3. I love the part where you mention feeling blessed, then say something sarcastic like um ok. lol
That made me crack up!
4. Way to go!! And there is no hiding and if you find that place, please share it with the rest of us!
Oh, I know the feelings of hiding…as I’m in the bathroom and outside the door are 5 daycare children, “Miss Angie, you go poop” “Miss Angie, you go potty”. “Private time for Miss Angie” as someone screams out to another child..Than the banging on the door begins,,LOL….
lol i had to hide last week. this week i just waited til my daughter went to bed. no sanctuary is right!
hope things quieted down for you!
have a great week!
i like watching these, I am not so sure about doing one myself! i havne’t visited tim’s site to see what it is all about yet! maybe i am afraid i’ll get sucked in to doing it if i do!! LOL!! love watching yours though!
She is adorable. Great Vlog. Have a great day!
That was so sweet and you are both precious!
Wishing you a very blessed day!
Hugs and love,
Jill
Too funny. Your daughter is sooo cute!
Loved the video – my husband calls all my blog buddies my “imaginary friends” so I’m right there with her!
Rats…it is telling me there’s an error and try again please. Oh, I’ll try again for sure. I skimmed your comments and it sounds like it’s a great vlog. Now, I’m really peeved I couldn’t see it just yet. I guess I’ll have to use some of that patience even though my patience cup is low…for crying out loud…has my patience cup ever been filled to the brim. No!
Congrats on your nomination. Did you cruise some of the top 10 categories. There is one for everything on there. I had to laugh at the “10 blogs that make you want to plant a true” and “10 blog words nerds love”.
Thanks for an awesome blog; you deserve it. I didn’t even know there was voting going on.
Love,
Paula
Got it. I saw it this time. Thanks.
Loved it! esp. loved Sarah and her imaginary friends:-) You didn’t look frustrated at all and great job! You are a natural at vlogging.
Despite the frustration, it’s a great vlog! Seemed like a gorgeous day and your sweet daughter having fun time with her imaginary friends [hmmm…angels?]…God bless.
You are right, there is no sanctuary for moms. This was cute!
Congratulations, you are the recipient of the One Lovely Blog Award. Please check out my post at http://tawanabanythingandeverything.blogspot.com/2009/05/im-very-pleased-and-thankful-to-my-dear.html
God bless.
Beth, you are just as sweet as can be! Love it! And I totally understand the frustration! I can’t even hide in the bathroom! LOL!
Oh I am SO jealous of your beautiful weather!!!!
Great job on the vlog again, Beth. You’re right – they can find us wherever we hide….but yk what kills me? They can’t find their darned socks if their lives depended on it.
🙂
Oh boy…this is so cute!
Great job on your vlog again! Keep up the good work…you’re looking pretty ccooolll…in those shades….
Tootles!
You are so natural in front of the video camera, Beth. I love when you do these vlogemotions. Have a wonderful weekend and may God bless you abundantly.
Beth,
Despite your frustrations, you made this Vlog so fun to watch …. and what a great location to grow up at! Little God’s princess is certainly blessed.
When my two were Sarah’s age we lived in Hong Kong – great for ‘grown-ups’ but the concrete jungle was not too great for little ones … or their moms having to schlep out the high rise skyscraper to the nearest little play ground daily.
I never forget when we had typhoon conditions, and the weather had been miserable for about a week, rain nothing but rain.
One day my son, Titus, (3 years old at the time) had enough, he wanted out, and I felt so smug when I told him that I would take him out when the rain stopped and the sun came out. I felt so secure that I would have some more grace doing stuff indoors …. until I saw him walk out on the balcony, point his little finger at the sky and shouted, “In Jesus’ name rain stop and sun come out!” I thought, ‘oh oh! I had better get dressed!’ No sooner was I dressed we had brilliant sunshine … and you guessed it, it was then a trip to the playground. LOL
At some point I need to join in with the Vlog fun!
Thank you for posting your so wonderfully candid Vlogs and blogs … they are a huge blessing!!
LOL..that was too cute..frustration and all!! You’re right..there is no hiding!!
Your daughter is too cute, and your voice is sooo soothing!!! 🙂
Your daughter is too precious. You can never hide from children. They always seem to find you. Beautiful playset.
Hey Beth,
You are just precious and I love your accent!!!
I really need to get some “holy boldness” and join in. I’m really shy until you REALLY get to know me.
Pray, I may join in one of these days.
Anyhow, I really enjoyed this!!
Have a blessed day!
This is funny. Love your accent, your beautiful daughter and I feel refreshed by the green grass. Here in AZ, we have lots of sand.
Love,
Mary
Sorry to see your emotion being frustration 🙁 Hope it gets better!
If I get what I asked for my birthday tomorrow, I will vlogging my emotions soon also. (My fingers are crossed right now, hehe)
Sending a hug, hope it eases your frustration today.
Sherri
PS. Who did your blog makeover, I need to have mine done but not sure who to use.
Good Afternoon!
Please stop by my blog – I have a little “something, something” for you…! 🙂

You are so cute! And your daughter is too!
Have a blessed day yourself!
Imaginary friends and tricycle bells, too cute!! Aww, that makes me miss the days when my boys were that young (they’re both teenagers now!).
And I know what you mean on the takes thing – I think I have it down to about five takes now. *grin*
Take care!
What a precious daughter you have. I love the imaginary friends! When my 17 year old was little his imagninary friend was “Joe the Hobo”! Yep, a hobo!
Oh yes, I remember the imaginary friends….although ours were using dragons or bears or other kinds of things, lol!
Well, you got it done and I loved seeing you both! Could hear birds chirping too.
The closest thing I’ve done is the thing I posted on facebook. You can at least hear me laughing and commenting on my yucky old shirt!
Yes! This made me smile. “Moms don’t get a break even in the bathroom, there is no sanctuary” how true that is. I’m sure you day went well after finally filming right? I hope so anyway.
I’m going to have to record my vlog ahead of time, like Lisa! I had intended to do that this week, but…well, you know how it goes!
I can’t believe you didn’t see your daughter’s imaginary friends…I saw them all! LOL Sorry about the frustrations…hoping that your trip will relax you!
Love ya
YOu and Princess are so sweet and precious! I loved seeing her slide down the slide and hear that sweet voice. What a fun playscape she has. You are too cute too! You are becoming a natural at this.
hugs,
Mimi
Great vlogemo!!!
You are so relaxed on camera.
I actually saw the other 3 of your friends go down the slide “)
Your little princess is adorable!
