Today’s theme is looking back. I actually wrote a blog yesterday about 2008, but I can definitely share my THANKS.
I am so thankful for the freedom that God has given me. I received SO MUCH healing in 2008! It took a lot of yuck to have the understanding and revelation to break free, but hallelujah for it!
I am so thankful for our new church family and all the blessings that come with it. I never dreamed I’d be in a Spirit-filled church. It took something HUGE to get us there, but I am SO THANKFUL!
I am thankful for the growth I see in my husband. That in turn has brought much more intimacy and healing in our marriage. We are closer now than ever before (in our 19 years of marriage).
I am thankful for our beautiful daughter. She is such a joy! She lights up a room everywhere she goes and people are drawn to her. Someone told me the other day that she has the “it” factor. lol I call it the anointing of the Lord. :o) She is a pure pleasure!
I am thankful to live in a free country! I am thankful for the military men, women, and families who sacrifice for my freedom (bless them Lord)!
I could go on and on, but I’ll bring this to a close. I must say I am thankful for each of my new bloggy friends. It has been great reading your thoughts and seeing your heart. What a blessing!
I look forward to sharing our hearts in 2009.
Thanks to Iris at Grace Alone who hosts Thankful Thursdays!
I’m so thankful for you Beth. And I’m glad you participated in Thankful Thursday today too. It’s fun getting to know other bloggers and women of faith. May 2009 be a great one for you and your family.
Beth I am so thankful for the friendship I have in you. I am thankful for your prayers and I am so glad for the goodness God has given to you over 2008, You are a dear friend and I will be praying for you for even more blessings in 2009.
I have updated my dad’s condition on my post for today.
Amen, sister. We have much to be thankful for. You are such a sweetie and I appreciate you so much. I know that we will all meet one day in Heaven but who wants to wait till then, lol?!
I hope you had a good time this weekend!!!!
Thank YOU for being a great inspiration and encouragement to me.
