Today I link with Iris at Grace Alone to share a thankful heart for all of my blessings!
I am cheating and writing this late Wednesday night. Tonight I wanted to cry when I heard my little 3 1/2 year old saying her prayers. She prayed for “little Abby” and “baby Cora” — two of the children battling cancer in our blog family. Just hearing the sincerity and innocence in her voice was so beautiful. So on that note …
- I am thankful for our precious daughter who is so innocent and sweet.
- I am thankful for her childlike faith.
- I am so thankful for my precious husband! He is such a good man.
- I am thankful to still have my parents and my mother-in-law. Our daughter adores them.
- I am thankful for my church. I felt like dry bones tonight as I entered into worship, but then God filled me up — full to over-flowing. Thank You Lord!
- I am thankful that I witnessed FOUR healings tonight! Hallelujah! Thank You Lord! God is the same yesterday, today, and forever!
- I am so thankful for Pastor Taylor Stewart who knows how to pull heaven into the room. What a blessing to have a pastor who is in love with the Lord and LOVES to worship Him!
- I am thankful for heat, walls to break the winter winds, and hot water. With that said, “God, please protect those who aren’t warm right now.”
- I am thankful for my Christian friends — and that includes you.
Hebrews 12:28 declares, “Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire.”
That is so precious, thanks for sharing.
Oh, what a blessing to hear about your daughter’s prayer!! Bless her heart!!
I loved your TT list! I can relate to all of them! God is good!
She’s a little sweetie, isn’t she? This was a sweet post! LOL!
You are blessed .Thank you for sharing.
I shared that same kind of joy and a huge lump in my throat when my daughter led us in our family devo…she talked about the names of God and then she prayed and I did not know she could pray like she did. She is 13 … so you are training up a child in the way she should go … if she is prayinng for others at age 3 … no telling what she will be doing when she is 13!!! Happy TT, love-Laurie
That is precious, Beth! I love the faith and innocence of a child…if we as adults could go back to simply believing like a child. Wow…can you just imagine the things that we would see come to pass!
I love your thankful heart, my sweet, precious sister!!!
Happy TT!
PTL Beth, I am so thankful to know you and feel Jesus when i read your posts, love you my friend.

It sounds like the Lord is blessing you right now. But I also notice that you are making the choice to focus on what you are thankful for. It changes our perspective. Your little girl with the pink room seems to be a thankful and prayerful one too. Good work in teaching her Beth.
Family and friends are the top blessings in my life too. Happy tt.
