Many of you are waiting on pins and needles to see pictures from our gathering tonight. In case you didn’t read my post about some of us meeting tonight — I was blessed to meet Mimi at He & Me + 3, Tara at Keeping up with the Kellys, Miti at Pieces of Me, Liz at Tidbits from Liz, CC at His Heart, and Mel at A Voice for Moms.
You might think it would be a little uncomfortable meeting and eating with people who have never met in person (though I met Mel last Thursday), but it wasn’t. I felt like I was sitting with old friends. We had a great time and I want to tell you that these ladies are just as sweet (if not sweeter) than you imagine.
And this fellow served us:

Aw, mannnnn…..Mimi invited me, but it would have been a five-hour drive there. I sure wish I could've been there! I'm not gonna feel envious, though…I'm not…REALLY. Okay, maybe just a little! 😉

it was a blast!!! and the photos are awesome!!! Although i can't get the sweet waitress out of my head that offered to take our picture and ended up having 7 cameras worth!!!
Oh boy, I'm sure that gathering was way too much fun. And they didn't even throw you guys out for causing any ruckus? I wondered how it would be to actually meet blogging buds. Getting to know people online and then actually meeting them face to face? I'm sure it is loads of fun since you already know their heart. I enjoyed your photos!

Great pics. I love how your dragged it out knowing we were anxious…by providing the restaurant pic and waiter pic. THEN, that ladies' pic. I'm sure you didn't do that on purpose…more about logical order. However, I had to laugh because it seemed like like our suspense was increasing.

Awww…you all look like you had a great time together! I know exactly what you mean about feeling like you were eating with old friends. That is the way that Laurie and I felt when we met Laurie Ann.
I am expecting no less the end of this month when I get to meet Kim with Homesteaders Heart, Lisa with Life With Lisa Shaw and Debra with Clothed With Scarlet.
Yeah! I am so excited for you and I am so glad you all had a wonderful time together. Hopefully, one day our paths when I get a little closer to you when we come to the Carolinas.

Hi Beth, I am so glad to be able to visit you, as I have been so busy working in my gardens and having a health issue that put me down for a few days.
I am so glad that you got together with these ladies, I find it so amazing at how God has put us all together here in blogland and all for His Glory!
I enjoyed reading your previous post(trying to catch up ) I think you handled the situation with the old friend with grace and Godliness. As far as your little princess being taught not be mean I saw a wonderful loving and compassionate spirit in her while watching the video with her grandpa. You have done well my friend!
I am interested in checking out Sits, sounds wonderful, though I don't know how I will be able to find the time , I guess I will have to sleep two hours get up and blog two hours and then sleep two, you know what i mean. LOL
I am so thankful that the Lord has afforded me the opportunity to meet so many dedicated women who love God and want to serve Him by serving their families and others.

Those pictures turned out great! I really enjoyed meeting you last night. I haven't had that much fun in a long time. I agree… it felt like we had all know each other for a long time. We need to do it again sometime!
