One of my friends, Kristi at KIKI’S CORNER gave me a great idea today! When I looked at something she bought and used — I thought, “Hmmmm. My linen/junk closet could use some serious help!” (If you don’t believe it, click on the picture to get a better view – ha.) Here is a lovey BEFORE shot!
And another BEFORE shot. Seriously, things will fall on you. Be careful!
Then came the ORIGINAL SPACE BAGS to the rescue! Ta da!!! I’ve always watched the commercials — attach a vacuum to a bag then poof — everything shrinks!
Well, it really DOES shrink. Here is a big comforter set BEFORE.
See how much smaller it looks after the vacuum treatment?
Ahhhh, much better!
See all of the plastic? Lovely, eh? Ha. Well, at least it all fits now.
No recycled bottles were harmed in the reorganization of this closet. lol

It's a good thing you put them on the bottom. We piled our space bags on a shelf (they stack so well) but the weight of it eventually knocked the shelf down! Wow, was I surprised!

Your closet looks much better! I have been wanting to get some of those. A friend of ours uses them and they are so awesome. I have even thought of buying one of the large cubes to put my wedding dress in. I never took it and had it professionally sealed.

Wow, that's incredible! I've always wondered about those bags. Now I wonder how wrinkled all that stuff will be when you take it out. You'll have to blog on that when you decide to take something out once it's been in there for a while.

Nice job on the linen closet!! Those bags are so cool. I gave some to my MIL one Christmas. I think she used them & liked them.
