Just in case you missed my last post, we have added six new chicks to our flock!
We have two Buff Orpingtons named Buffy & Fluffy; Two Silver Laced Wyandottes named Belle and Dot; and Two Americaunas named Alice and Connie.
Of course the new chicks needed a house. We couldn’t place them with our mature Rhode Island Reds.
Want to see what I have done so far?
First, my hubby put together my 4 nest box.
We made a roost out of closet rods.
I added an old chicken crate and an old chair the chicks can roost on as well.
How do you like the old picture frame and pot hanging on the wall?
I added an additional chair to another corner for perching options.
I hope the chicks enjoy their new home!
That’s just TOO cute! Love the picture frame! It’s all just very cozy. 🙂
Here I thought I’d see a photo of you in a new car! I forgot you live on a farm. Very cute Beth.
Blessings and love,
Debbie
I love that! You are so creative! Love the special touches (chair, picture frame)!
Wow, even in a chicken coop you have great decorating style! Love it!
I love your coop…especially the hay bin!
