Please pray for:
- precious Abby who is not doing well.
- little Alex who was just diagnosed with Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).
- all children suffering with sickness and disease.
- everyone suffering with cancer and their families.
- people standing vigil at abortion clinics – protection and favor.
- women who might consider abortion — that God would capture their hearts and they would choose LIFE.
- our country …
Ezekiel 22:30
And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.
I pray God finds us standing the gap for our country and our family in Christ.
Your scripture that you used today brought tears to my eyes….Oh beloved sister, thank you for standing in the gap…Thanks for all those prayer requests that you have placed here…I’ve been praying for these children, they have been VERY heavy upon my heart. Been sharing their stories with others around me here (not on the internet)….powerful requests girl..praise God for calling us to prayer…
Sometimes I feel like an old testament prophet trying to wake people up….and no one hears or sees…but it is our faithfulness to the Lord that keeps us going and standing in the gap…What else is there Beth, other than the Word? This world holds nothing permanent, nor worthy. We just keep going, and keep praying…and keep rejoicing in His Name!!
It breaks my heart when little children suffer. I wrote a post yesterday about Abby. What a precious child she is and so brave. Prayer is so important! I don’t know what people do who don’t believe.
It saddens my heart to see and hear of all the little children who are suffering from so many different illnesses and diseases. You want to rescue them and make it all better but you can’t. But, God did call us to stand in the gap and lift these needs up to Him in prayer.
Little Abbey is precious and it breaks my heart to see her suffering and know what her family is having to go through. God help them!
Thanks again for sharing your precious, loving and nurturing heart with us.
Happy Friday, my sweet, sweet friend!
PS…PR told me yesterday that he didn’t have a problem with us going on a road trip this summer 🙂
I have read so many blogs about children who are sick or who have passed away recently. Just breaks my heart! I will join you in prayer for all these needs.
Joining you in prayer Beth for those you have listed here.
Thank God for people who believe in the power of prayer.

I am standing in agreement in the Name of Jesus!
Amen my friend! May we not be found asleep. But may we instead be found on our knees. Thank you for the reminder today my friend! I pray you have a wonderful weekend!
Nobody likes to see children suffer, NONONO! I will join you in prayer!!
God Bless you my friend Have a beautiful weekend
Your requests will be in my prayers sweet friend.
It breaks my heart when little children suffer. I will join you in prayer for all these needs.
Beth I am starting a prayer notebook, what an awesome legacy my dad has left me.
My niece called the other day upset because her parents are moving her from the Phillipines and their paperwork was tied up and she was getting so discouraged. Now if anyone would call my dad in that predicament he would say, “Let’s have a word of prayer now” so I did and she felt such peace after praying and the papers arrived the next day…I just love when God answers so quickly..but if I ever called my dad with a problem that is the first thing he would say…bless his heart he taught me well.
Amen. When I pray a hedge of protection around my children (and other’s children) I know that I am standing in the gap, and I know that God is listening and I can entrust them to His care.
It’s so hard to see people suffer. I know that my brothers suffer alot with their illnesses. But I also know that God is faithful. Still, I hate cancer.
