As some of you know, I have been losing since June, but have been stuck for monthssssssssssssss! I am hoping this will be the shot in the behind I need to get moving again.
Here are the things I need to work on:

Ok, so there you have it. I am shooting for 20 pounds by September 22nd. I think that is a BIG goal, but I may as well shoot for the stars, right?

Stopping by to say hi and play catch up! I am doing pounds and Inches diet(Of course, I have over 150lbs. to lose) and so far I am on day 14 and have lost 15lbs! At least you just have a little to loose and it will be off in no time!
hmmm…I’m being convicted right now… as I’m getting my fruit, fiber and dairy all in one. I’m dipping my fresh from the oven oatmeal cookie into a glass of milk.

I would totally do it if I still had my thyroid and my meds were regulated. RRRRR I hate being on thyroid meds.

Oh sure, that’s a reasonable goal. You can do it. Sometimes our bodies reach a plateau and we need to shake things up a bit.
Sometimes, we actually aren’t eating enough calories (especially if we’re exercising to much or lifting weights) and our body thinks its starving and holds onto weight….isn’t that special!
I am cheering for you Beth. I am not looking forward to September butttttt….. it would be nice if I could weigh 38.5 pounds less for Fall. Again….I am not looking forward to Fall we just got warmer weather….lol
